Your proposal for modification of 2350 Rue des Chateaux has been reviewed by the
Architectural Control Committee and recommended to the Board of Directors for
approval with certain conditions and limitations. The board has reviewed the report of

following conditions and limitations: :
1 The Modification Proposal for 2350 /tue des Chateaux, dated August 4, 2004
submits four (4) alternative architectural drawings numbered one \ \ ) through
four (4). The board conditionally approves the project depicted in drawing
number three (3).
2 final approval is contingent upon the board obtaining signed approval for the
project from Dr and Mrs. Cessarctti, your neighbor at 2340
, 3 Drawing number three (3) shows a skylight in the roof of the new bathroom
You' will be responsible for the repair, maintenance and any damage incurred
as a result of leaks in and around the skylight Also, at such time as the units
are fitted with new roofs, any significant increase in labor and/or material*
associated with the skylight will be at your expense.
4 Upon completion of the proposed modifications you are to notify the
Architectural Control Committee of such, as required by Article IX, Section &
of the "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and
