Provide sideyard dimension. How is drainage conveyed? Site plan infers surface flow on concrete. Are there any yard drains? They must be shown. 2. Show distance from property line to existing fire hydrant. 3. Under project description add "map of a ONE LOT condominium project" so it is clear this is an airspace conversion. Planning 1. Have school district providing service to project put on map, 2. Proposed density in dwelling units per acre on map. 3. Existing general plan designation on map. 4. Lot area per lot on map. 5. Setback dimensions for required front, side, and rear yard. 6. Total building coverage for each lot. 7. Approval of MS 852 dependant on approval of CP 90-11.
