Trolson 5001 Silas Court NE Albuquerque, New Mexico 87111 Phone No. (505) 299-7396 February 13, 1993 City of Carlsbad Department of Planning 2075 Las Palmas Drive Carlsbad, CA 92008 Attention: Mr. Van Lynch RE: MS 93-01/PUD 93-01 6730 and 6732 ANTILOPE STREET - CARLSBAD Dear Mr. Lynch: Pursuant to Item 20, Page 7 of City of Carlsbad TPM/TM requirements checklist, we would like to inform you that we have been in contact wtih Ms. Michelle Kaiser of San Diego Gas and Electric Company with regard to plans to convert the gas and electric system to separate systems relative to the above referenced project. This letter is to inform you that we are making arrangements to conform to this requirement, however, we are requesting that the City of Carlsbad make this requirement a Condition of Approval to the Map. In this way the installation of separate utility systems does not have to occur until just prior to final Parcel Map recordation, allowing us some months to facilitate arrangements. Please advise us in writing, as well as our agent, Pasco Engineering, Inc., as to the City's disposition on this matter. Thank you for you attention. Respectfully submitted, Benjamin M.
