92008 SUBJECT: CP 94-01 (A); Exclusive Use Area Comparison Dear Eric: As requested, I have prepared a unit-by-unit comparison of the approved and the proposed exclusive use areas within Planning Area B-1. This comparison is only for units 69-158. It is my understanding that this comparison table will be used to assist in your determination regarding whether the proposed condominium permit amendment for Planing Area B-1 should be processed as a minor or a major amendment. As previously specified, our analysis was conducted on a unit-by-unit basis. The exclusive use area is assumed to be the area in close proximity of each unit that will be area used solely by that unit. The boundaries would typically follow the fence line along the side and rear yards and follow the edge of the driveway in the front yard areas. The table provided identifies the approved and the proposed plan numbers, the area of the exclusive use and the percent change between the approved and the proposed exclusive use areas. Our analysis concluded that all units maintain a percent change of less than 10%. This is shown in the percent change column. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call.
