CP 94-01 (A) - PLANNING AREA "B-1", POINSETTIA SHORES MASTER PLAN
Based on the Planning Department's continued review of the above referenced project,
and the additional information you had provided, it has been determined at the staff
level that the proposed project will be processed as a minor amendment subject to
section 21.38.120 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
As we discussed, there will be minor issues to resolve before scheduling a Planning
Commission hearing date.
