Dear Mr. Allen,
Pursuant to my January 26, 1996 telephone conversation with Mr. Mike Shirey and
follow up discussions with the Engineering Department, this letter will serve as our
request for a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE, in lieu of a PARCEL MAP for MINOR
SUBDIVISION. Mr. Shirey suggested such would be more efficient for this particular
property and save everyone time.
