You will find attached Ten folded copies of the Site Plan and Tentative Map for
your review, all of the planning and engineering issues of concern have either
been completed or explained and there disposition are as follows:

Item f-A HDP permit application to follow
Item 2-Buildings 8, 9 & 33 have been modified per your request, Building 34
currently has its 10' sideyard to the rear in conformance with the typical
Building setbacks on Sheet 1 of the site plan, Building 3 is constrained
vertically by Edgeware Way to the south and we request that it be
exempted from your request.
Item 3-The fence has been pulled back.
Item 4-The additional Building dimensions have been added. The average
building setback is currently 17.6' this information has been added to the
