NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR DECK ADDITION
Notice is hereby given that a Condominium Permit Amendment has been applied for to allow a
60 square foot attached second story deck addition on property located within Poinsettia Cove at
134 Channel Road.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
Condominium Permit Amendment is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If
