NOTICE OF REOUEST FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE AMENDMENT
TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that an Administrative Amendment to a Condominium Permit has been
applied for to allow for a 340 square foot 15' x 24' (approximate dimensions) attached second
story deck on property located at 695 1 Tradewinds Drive.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing-to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
Condominium Permit Amendment is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If
