, the Court made and entered its Stipulated
Judgment (Judgment Book , Page ) between plaintiff County
of San Diego and defendant Mary E. Bressi whereby the Court adjudged
and decreed the amount of just compensation and damages to be paid
by plain' -ff County of San Diego for the condemnation and taking by
plaintiff of Parcel Nos. 76-0591-B and 76-0667-A.
It appearing to

acquired, and good cause appearing therefor,
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
1. There is hereby taken and condemned by plaintiff County of
San Diego an avigation easement in and to the real property hereinafter
described and designated Parcel Nos. 76-0591-B and 76-0667-A.
2. A certified copy of this Final Order of Condemnation be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego,
State of California, and thereupon there shall vest in plaintiff
County of San Diego the hereinabove described interests in and to
the real property nereinafter described and designated Parcc-a Nos.
76-0591-B and 76-0667-A.
3. The plaintiff County of San Diego took possession of the
hereinafter described parcel of real property, pursuant to an Crder
for Possession dated July 9, 1981.
4. The parcel of real property referred to hereinabove and
described in plaintiff's complaint and therein designated Parcel No.
76-0591-B and 76-0667-A is situated in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, an4. is more particularly described
as follows:
Parcel Nos. 76-0591-B and 76-0667-A:
That portion 2f Lot "G" of the RANCHO AGUA HEDIONDA, in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map thereof No. 823 filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County, included in that land
described in Parcel No. 68375-X1 of deed to Mary E. Bressi,
recorded November 4, 1976 at File/Page No. 76-368644 in
said Facorder's Office, AND that portion of Lot "A" of
said RANCHO AGUA HEDIONDA, through and across all the
airspace above a plane herein known as the APPROACH
SURFACE, the centerline of which is described as follows:

COMMENCING at Corner 5 of said Lot "G" AGUA HEDIONDA
RANCHO (A.H.R.) from which Corner 6 of said Lot "G" A.H.R.
bears North 80°13'20' West (North 80e15'52* West per
Record of Survey Map No. 6493), as said Corners 5 and 6
are shown on Record of Survey Map No. 6493 filed
December 15, 1964, in said Recorder's Office; thence
South 10e52'46" East 98.98 feet; thence North 79C07'14"
East, 3733.25 feet to a point having a reference elevation,
which shall be fixed by and for the purposes of this
document at 323.75 feet above mean sea level (A.M.S.L.),
based on North American Datum 1927, said point being the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North
79r07'14" East a horizontal distance of 2500 feet
to a POINT OF TERMINUS.
Said Approach Surface begins at an inner edge, beiny a line
that is perpendicular to said centerline through said
True Point of Beginning having a width of 1000 feet,
being 500 feet on each side of said centerline, thence
extends upward to a slope of 1 foot vertically for each
50 feet horizontally for a horizontal distance of 2500
feet to an outer edge having a width of 1750 feet,
oeing 875 feet on each side of said centerline, said
outer edge having an elevation of 373.75 feet A.M.S.L.
