INCOMPLETE ITEMS
Planning

L36 of the Conceptual Landscape Plans.

4. Some units will have raised front level patios while others will have ground level
front patios. This will be determined as part of the final improvement
plans/building permits for each lot. Low Garden walls will probably be provided
around the edge of the patios.
5. Per our discussions with you regarding this, typical locations for return fencing
will be determined at a later date.
6. We have addressed all of the redline comments which will be returned as part of
this resubmittal.
ISSUES OF CONCERN
Planning
1. We appreciate this suggestion and it will be discussed with the architects and
Lennar's marketing staff.
2. (Regarding bullet points 1, 2, and 3) Lennar prefers to keep the proposed wood
fencing as shown. We believe that attractively designed wood fencing would be
more appropriate and a uniform fence program will be provided at a later date.
(Regarding bullet point 4) Per our discussion, we believe this will be addressed at
a later date (at building permit stage) for review.
3. It is Lennar's intent that we use the same fence designs for each of the different
residential planning areas.
4. Homes have been plotted to provide the maximum amount of usable side and rear
yards. Even though the front of these homes may not face directly onto the street,
the front entry will still be clearly visible from the street.
5. Wherever possible, houses have been plotted to take advantage of side
yard/courtyard combinations.
6. Lennar has discussed this suggestion with the Dahlin Group and they believe it
would be best to keep the entry design as shown on the previously submitted
exhibits.
7. Please see the various architectural exhibits. Panels have been added to many of
the garage doors to improve their appearance.
8. We have reviewed your redlines for the additional comments. Almost all of these
comments have been addressed per our meetings with you and Kristine Zortman.
Sincerely,
Mike Howes
