HomeMy WebLinkAboutCT 02-28x1; La Costa Condominiums; Tentative Map (CT) (32)FILE COPY City of Carlsbad Planning Department NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to you that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2007, to consider a request for the following: CASE NAME:CT 02-28x1/SDP 03-18x1/CP 02-13x1/HDP 02-14x1/HMPP 06-06 - La Costa Condominiums PUBLISH DATE: February 9, 2007 DESCRIPTION: Request for adoption of an Addendum to a previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, approval of a retroactive two year extension of Tentative Tract Map (CT 02-28), Site Development Plan (SDP 03-18), Condominium Permit (CP 02-13), and Hillside Development Permit (HDP 02-14), and approval of a Habitat Management Plan Permit (HMPP 06-06) to develop a 58-unit residential condominium project on an 8.18 acre site located west of Castilla Way, within Local Facilities Management Zone 6. Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing and provide the decision makers with any oral or written comments they may have regarding the project. Copies of the staff report will be available online at http://www.ci.carlsbad.ca.us/pdfdoc.html?pid=295 on or after the Friday prior to the hearing date.
