Pursuant to your letter of June 4,2003 regarding and exchanged e-mails, DANJON has the
following response and clarifications to the June 4,2003 letter:

Planning # 1 : To provide a tentative map application. Based on the June 12, 2003 e-
mail, once the fees are paid for the tentative map, no additional applications are required.
On June 19,2003 the fees were’paid and an acknowledgement of paid was provided in
your June 23, 2003 e-mail. This issue is completely addressed.
Planning # 2: DANJON (Teresa) talked with you about the need to provide reduced site
plan and building elevations for the already recently approved project. And those copies
could be obtained from the city files by city staff. DANJON for convenience has
included a copy of the reduces site plan and building elevations that were approved by
the city. This issue is completely addressed.
Planning # 3: The owner’s previous pre-file was for a PUD and based on the city
responses that was the best approach to sub-divide this property into 5 building lots that
could be sold off separately and a common lot. This issue is completely addressed.
Engineering # 4: The requirement for a tentative map application, see planning # 1 item
for clarification. This issue is completely addressed.
Engineering # 5 : The TM application requires the following additional documents:
a. Current title report: DANJON is providing a title report dated June 12,2003 and
copies of all the easements and encumbrances listed in Schedule “B”.
b. A copy of the SWMP: DANJON prepared the grading and civil engineering
improvement plans for the previously approved development currently under
construction on this property. This application is only subdividing the property.
DANJON is providing a copy of the city approved SWPPP and SUSMP for the
grading and development of the property.
c. Upon receipt of the above items this issue is completely addressed.

DANJON’s above and enclosed response items completely addresses the issues raised by the city
and application should be deemed complete by the city.
As for the fire concerns, DANJON and the owner appreciate the input. The information was
passed onto the contractor building the facilities and they are implementing the
recommendations.

This e-mail is to confirm my telephone message that our meeting tomorrow needs to be
canceled. DANJON has all the items for the submittal, but the supporting documents from
the title report. DANJON has called the title company and ordered them; they should be at
DANJON's office by the end of this week.
Please call me at your earliest convenience as I want to verify that the city has received
and appropriately applied the tentative map fee to this project. Jim

All you need to apply for tentative map is fees of $5390 + $110 per lot for more than 5
lots. Since you already filled out the application for Non-residential PUD, you dont need
to do that again. There are no other applications to be filled out.

This is confirm that DANJON has set up a meeting to re-submit the PUD 03-05 to the city @
1:15 on Tuesday June 24, 2003.
