RE: LA COSTA TOWN SQUARE 63-AFFORDABLE HOUSING FEE
Condition number 13 of Planning Commission Resolution 6582 of CT 08-03, La
Costa Town Square, required the purchase of 10 affordable housing credits in
the Villa Lorna housing project. The $480,000.00 housing credit fee was paid by
Property Development Centers LLC, check number 886-0004481, dated 11/28,
2012, on 11/29/2012, prior to the recordation of the subdivision map CT 08-03.
