Dear Michael:
As discussed, enclosed please find the proposed preliminary
design for a 16 unit condominium project, for your review
and comments.
In your review, please pay particular attention to the
following:
1. Trash collection (no trash enclosure provided)
2. Fill beyond limit of hillside for open space use.
3. Overhang over 5' garage setback from a 30" wide
private road.
4. 3' overhang over hillside limit.
5. Project to be split into two lots consisting of eight
units each (Phase I and II).
6. Minimum of 10' front setback (average 15') from street
to be heavily landscaped.
