NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public
hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, at 6:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, May 6, 1992, to consider approval of a single lot Tentative Tract Map,
Condominium Permit, and Hillside Development Permit for 16 airspace townhome condominiums
on 1.17 acres of land in the Residential Density-Multiple Zone and Local Facilities Management
Zone 6 on property generally located directly south of the intersection of Jerez Court and Gibraltar
Street and more particularly described as:
Parcel A: Lots 399 and 400 of La Costa South Unit No. 5, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 6600, filed
in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, March 10,1970. Parcel
B: Lot 401 of La Costa South Unit No. 5, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 6600, filed in the Office of
The County Recorder, March 10, 1970.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing.
Copies of the staff report will be available on and after April 29,1992. If you have any questions,
please call Christer Westman in the Planning Department at 438-1161, ext. 4448.
If you challenge the Tentative Tract Map/Hillside Development Permit/Condominium Permit in
court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone eke raised at the public
hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at
or prior to the public hearing.
