We ask that you consider the following proposal and get your department's approval so we can continue to move forward with the final map work. We feel that given the layout of the entire village, the fact that it is already planned to have a recreation area separated from the homes and a pedestrian access to the park and school at the signalized intersection that duplication of these features is redundant and would be inferior to what is already planned and approved. With this in mind we propose that Lots 6 and 49 are each partitioned into three areas. As illustrated in the enclosed diagram, the rear portion of the lots would be bisected with the two halfs becoming part of the adjacent residential lots useable rear yard. The front portion would be an open space lot fully landscaped with a possible neighborhood feature in it. This front lot area would be owned and maintained by the HOA and provide the separation needed to meet the desired effect of limiting the number of units on these two streets. I will give you a call next week to find out what kind of turn around time you think it will take to get an affirmative answer on this important issue. Sincerely, RICK PLANNING GROUP sert E.
