SUBJECT: CT 93-09 - OCEAN BLUFF
Your application has been tentatively scheduled for a hearing by the Planning
Commission on November 15, 1995. However, for this to occur, you must submit the
additional items listed below. If the required items are not received by October 24,
1995, your project will be rescheduled for a later hearing. In the event that the
scheduled hearing date is the last available date for the City to comply with the Permit
Streamlining Act, and the required items listed below have not been submitted, the
project will be scheduled for denial.
1. Please submit the following plans.
A) 15 copies of your (tentative map, slope analysis, landscape plans, and
offsite improvement plans) on 24" x 36" sheets of paper folded into 81/2" x 11"
size.
B) One 81/2" x 11" copy of your reduced tentative map, landscape, and offsite
improvement plans. These copies must be of a quality which is
photographically reproducible. Only essential data should be included on
plans.
2. As required by Section 65091 of the California Government code, please submit the
following information needed for noticing and sign the enclosed form:
A) Owners List - a typewritten list of names and addresses of all property owners
within a 600 foot radius of the subject, including the applicant or owner. The
list shall include the San Diego County Assessor's parcel number from the latest
equalized assessment rolls.
B) Mailing Labels - two (2) separate sets of mailing labels of the property owners
within a 600 foot radius of the subject property. The list must be typed in all
capital letters, left justified, and void of any punctuation. For any address other
than a single family residence, an apartment or suite number must be included.
DO NOT TYPE ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER ON LABELS. Do not provide
addressed envelopes -PROVIDE LABELS ONLY.

C) Radius Map - A map to scale, not less than 1" = 200', showing all lots entirely
and partially within 600 feet of the exterior boundaries of the subject property.
Each of these lots should be consecutively numbered and correspond with the
property owner's list. The scale of the map may be reduced to a scale
acceptable to the Planning Director if the required scale is impractical.
D) Fee - A fee (check payable to the City of Carlsbad or cash only) shall be paid
for covering the cost of mailing notices. Such fee shall equal the current
postage rate times the total number of labels.
