RE: POINSETTIA LANE EXTENSION
Dear Ms. Fernandez:
The purpose of this letter is to respond to your questions relating to access to your
property following the completion of the Poinsettia Lane/Brigantine Drive road
improvements. As shown on the attached plat, the existing dirt road traversing roughly in
an east/west direction through your property will be connected to Brigantine Drive
easterly of your property. The connection of the dirt road to Aviara Parkway westerly of
your property will not be affected by this project. To the extent this dirt road provides
access to your property, it will not be affected by the project. Additionally, you have the
right now or in the future to access Brigantine Drive at the northeast corner of your
property where your record access rights currently exist.
I hope this will satisfy your concerns. Should you have any questions, please feel free to
call.
Respectfully,
DAVID HAUSER
Assistant City Engineer
