CT 93-09 OCEAN BLUFF / POINSETTIA LN SECURITY RELEASE
In response to your request for security reduction and releases dated August 22,
2000, the city has taken the following actions; Reduction of Faithful Performance
bonds #190447695 and #190447633, Improvement Agreement SA 718.00 and
718.05 to 50%. Release of Grading and Erosion Control bond #190447597, Grading
Agreement SA 718.07.
There is the matter of re-planting the slope adjacent to Seaport Place. The Planning
Department has requested withholding of some securities until this matter is
resolved. In response, the Inspection division will withhold the $90,000 cash
deposit. When the slope is in an acceptable condition the cash deposit will be
