SUBJECT: REPLOTTING LOT 88 AT OCEANBLUFF
Dear Anne:
As we discussed, we are requesting a Substantial Conformity finding changing the
plotting on lot 88 at Oceanbluff from a plan 1 to a plan 3.
Attached is the current plotting on lot 88 (showing the plan 1) and the proposed replotting
of the same lot (showing a plan 3). The approved architecture has not changed for either
plan.
Please let me know your decision as soon as possible and call me if you have any
questions.
