we have reviewed the submittal dated March 7,1995. There remains a major issue about
the details of the conceptual alignment for offsite Poinsettia Lane. This issue is
separated into the following points:
1. We need to have the approximate property lines of the affected parcels shown
along the alignment of the proposed right-of-way.
2. we need to have the approximate tops and toes of slopes of the proposed
grading shown.
3. we need to have approximate grading quantities for off-site Poinsettia Lane
shown.
As per the letter to Jack Henthorne from Bob wojcik dated January 24,1995 the City will
require by condition that the improvements for Poinsettia Lane onsite and
improvements for both Blackrail and Poinsettia offsite be different than they are shown
on this tentative map. These differences are as follows:
a. Poinsettia Lane shall be fully graded on the project site. The map shows the
onsite portion basically ungraded.
b. Poinsettia Lane offsite shall have a concrete curb on both sides of the 32 foot
wide section of roadway.
c. Blackrail court shall have one side fully improved with curb, gutter sidewalk and
street lights.
