SUBJECT: NEW CONDITION TO RESOLUTION NO. 3678 - CT 94-01/HDP 94-03
Staff is recommending the addition of the following condition to the above referenced
project:
* Prior to the issuance of any grading permit, or the recordation of a final map,
whichever occurs first, any necessary state or federal resource agency approvals
shall be obtained including the California Coastal Commission and the State Lands
Commission.
