Dear Andy: Thank you for your time in meeting us to review the landscape plans along the Pointsetta Shores / Lakeshore boundary. As our committement to the homeowners of Lakeshore Gardens and as required by our master plan, we want all interested parties to have the chance to comment on the landscape plans within the tentative maps for planning areas Al and Bl, When we met with you on January 17 and then the residences of Lakeshore Gardens on January 25 it seemed that everyone was happy and satisfied with our landscape plans and cross sections of the 80 foot setback. I was happy that most of the group members that we met with were the people that live directly on the boundary of the two properties. They agreed that the landscaping plan and the 80 foot setback provides an adequate buffer between the two properties. Receipt of this letter by Lakeshore Gardens will satisfy the city requirement for Kaiza to consult with Lakeshore Gardens regarding the 80 foot buffer and associated landscaping. If any member of Lakeshore Gardens would I'ike to discuss the plans further please have them call me at (619) 931-9100.
