TWO (2) PLANNING AREAS WITHIN THE POINSETTIA SHORES MASTER PLAN: (1) HA-1"; 36 DETACHED SINGLE FAMILY HOMES ON 5,000 SQ. FT. LOTS.
(2) "A-2"; SAME AS "A-1" BUT WITH 49 UNITS. BOTH PLANNING AREAS ARE CONSISTENT WITH APPLICABLE MASTER PLAN PROVISIONS/REQUIREMENTS.
