Condition Items 57 & 58:1 am uncertain as to why these conditions effect the map on units 2&3. My understanding is that the developer is to enter into a bond agreement Prior to Occupancy of Phase /? We are not against entering into these agreements as soon as possible but still have questions regarding reimbursement process. We were not aware that the timing for these agreements have changed. I have forwarded a copy of this letter to Ms. Landers. June 1,2000 City of Carlsbad Planning Department Dee Landers RE: Pacific View Estates Rear Yard SetBack requirements Dear Dee, This letter shall serve to address your request that we modify the site plan to satisfy the 15ft usable rear yard setback requirement. As you have pointed out, lots 27 and 24 fail to meet the above requirement thus we propose to swap the houses on these lots with that of lots 26 and 16. SWAPPING OF HOMES PER LOT. • Lot 27 was swapped with lot 16. • Lot 24 was swapped with lot 26. This lot swap requires a modification to Condition 20, PC RESO NO. 4100, page 9, which names lots 27 and 24 as apart of the Affordable Housing Agreement. We request that these lots be replaced with lots 26 and 16. PROPOSED AFFORDABLE HOUSING LOT DESIGNATIONS: • Lots 14,16, 21, and 26. Should you have any questions please feel free to give me a call.
