Heritage Home Builders believes this change would be an improvement to the project and be more compatible with the resident's needs and desires. Accompanying this letter are exhibits which show how the previously approved half-basketball court could be replaced with a grass volleyball court. I have already contacted Larry Black to inform him of the change. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if I have misquoted our understanding. Similar exhibits detailing guidelines for trellises and patio covers have been prepared for Poinsettia Shores and several other projects in the City of Carlsbad. Because the majority of the buildings can accommodate trellises or patio covers in several configurations, this exhibit was developed to assist future property owners to understand what options might be available to them.
