SUBJECT: ZC 97-09/LCPA 97-14/CT 97-25 - Kelly Ranch Village "A"
The above referenced application has been on file for more than six months (December 31,1997 to June
29, 1999). Notification was given on February 4, 1998 that the application was incomplete, along with a
list of items/information needed to complete the application, and a notice that failure to resubmit the
application or to submit the materials necessary to determine your application complete shall be deemed
to constitute withdrawal of the application.
The application is still incomplete. As a result, this letter is notification to you that ZC 97-09/LCPA 97-
14/CT 97-25 Kelly Ranch Village "A" has been withdrawn per Chapter 21.54.010 of the Carlsbad
Municipal Zoning Ordinance:
"When a determination that an initial application is incomplete has been
transmitted to the applicant, the applicant shall have six months from the
date the application was initially filed to either resubmit the application
or submit the information specified in the determination. Failure of the
applicant to resubmit the application or to submit the material in
response to the determination within the six months shall be deemed to
constitute withdrawal of the application. If an application is withdrawn
or deemed withdrawn a new application must be submitted."
