SUBJECT: LETTER OF PERMISSION TO GRADE/TERRAMAR BEACH
HOUSE/CDP 97-32
Dear Mr. Hubbs:
I am the owner of property on the west side of Carlsbad Boulevard in the south Terramar
area known as Assessor Parcel No. 210-120-30. My neighbor to the north - Mr. Larry
Richards (Richards Family Trust UDT Dated 06/26/95) owns Assessor Parcel No. 210-120-
31. Mr. Richards is planning to build a single family residence and has requested my
permission to cut a temporary trench (grade) to build a retaining wall on our common
property line. After the wall has been completed, the dirt will either be back filled against
the new wall, or I will submit a grading plan showing grade elevation on my side of the wall
at an elevation necessary for my own house plan.
I hereby grant my permission for Mr. Richards to grade on my property. The area of
proposed grading is described as the easterly 140' of the northerly 10' of my property.
