Subject: CT 98-12 Magnolia Gardens
Don: Per our conversation, I don't think this thing is ready for conditions, as the new design has created
other issues.
1. The applicant should provide at least thirty six feet of street width in order to permit parking on both
sides of Street B. The thirty feet proposed will prohibit parking and create an enforcement problem,
thirty two feet is not advisable either, for the same reason.
2. Lot 12 is served by a narrow driveway. Any structures proposed must be protected by automatic fire
sprinkler systems.
3. Proposed hydrant locations are OK.
