RE: Poinsettia Properties tentative map CT 98-14 et al.
Phase 2 Standard Pacific Homes
Dear Mr. Grim:
I am writing on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Burris owners of 1250 Veronica Court,
Carlsbad, California. I have written you several tunes regarding the above referenced project and
our need to be included on the City's mailing list. You have been kind enough to meet with me
and Mr. Burris on at least two occasions, Mr. Clyde Wickham of City of Carlsbad Engineering
Department has also met with us.
Our views regarding this project have been expressed in several letters and again in person.
Those areas of concern previously expressed remain; however, the purpose of this letter is to
request elimination of a future thirty (30) foot wide road easement which lies in close proximity
to my clients' property. We believe that the need for this potential road is non existent inasmuch
a? the remaining Tabata property will be accessed by Lemon Leaf Drive. Our request is to delete
this roadway from Standard Pacific's map as being unnecessary now and in the future.
Should you wish to discuss this matter or have any questions, please call.
Sincerely,
DonaJ/W. Detisch
DWD/sll
