SUBJECT: Designated Affordable Units In Village BII of Rancho Carrtllo
Van:
I spoke with Dave Lother today regarding which units in Village BII will be sold as inclusionary
units. He told me the following:
The following buildings will contain affordable units exclusively: Buildings 1,2,3,4,7,8,9,
11,12,13,17,18,19,20,22,23,24, & 25. As shown on the Site Plan and Architectural
Exhibits for the project, Plan 3 may be built as either a two bedroom or a three bedroom. All
affordable Plan 3's will be built as three bedrooms. Therefore, since the affordable buildings
contain ten plan 1's, 36 plan 2's, and 36 Plan 3's, a total of 72 three bedrooms and 10 two
bedrooms will be sold as inclusionary units in Village BII.
The remaining units, in Buildings 5,6,10,14,15,16,21,26, & 27, will be sold at market rates.
The number of market rate Plan 3 units that will be constructed as two vs. three bedrooms will be
determined at a later date dependant on market demands.
I hope this memo is adequate to serve as a written description of which units in Village BII will
be sold as inclusionary units. If you would still like an exhibit for this, please let me know.
