REVISED ENGINEERING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
PC RESOLUTION NO. 4467 - ERRATTA SHEET
In accordance with discussions at the Departmental Coordinating Committee (DCC) meeting of
Monday, February 22, 1999, Engineering Condition of Approval No. 45 for the above-
referenced project is revised as follows: (The revision is indicated in bold font)
45. The developer shall record an adjustment plat along the project's southerly property
line or in lieu of an adjustment plat, grant an easement to the adjacent property
owner to the south (Shea Homes) as indicated on the tentative map, prior to
issuance of any building permit.
Additionally, the following standard Engineering Condition of Approval shall be added to the
project:
##. The owner of the subject property shall execute an agreement holding the City
harmless regarding drainage across the adjacent property.
