REVISED ENGINEERING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PC RESOLUTION NO. 4629
In accordance with today's Departmental Coordinating Committee (DCC) meeting, the
engineering conditions of approval for the above-referenced project are amended as follows:
1. Delete engineering conditions of approval No.'s 29 & 53.
2. Add the following reimbursement condition after Fees/Agreements, No. 37:
##. Prior to final map approval, the developer shall pay their fair-share
proportionate amount for installation of a traffic signal at the Poinsettia
Lane/Brigantine Drive intersection. This amount shall be based on the
number of units or average daily traffic generated by this project and shall
be approved by the Public Works Director.
3. Re-number engineering conditions of approval, per above revisions.
