The lot areas shown on the substantial conformance exhibit are the same as those shown on the tentative map although lot configuration has changed. Please show the correct lot sizes. 2. Please show scale on the SCE. 3. Please show building footprints on a separate exhibit to ensure that setbacks can still be achieved at all locations. If the approved structures conform to setback requirements, Planning Department could approve the proposed changes. The slope should have been designed so that the Lot 5 lot line is straight rather than sawtoothed. Couldn't this be accomplished by pulling the toe of slope back onto Lot 5?
