They are requesting an advanced grading permit and have stated that they will remove the abandoned cars during their grading operation when they have the equipment in place to accomplish the task. I will not give them Planning approval to final their subdivision map until they have notified us that the cars have been removed. If you object to allowing them to proceed with grading due to the code violation, please advise ASAP. Thanks, Anne
