Please provide a School District letter indicating that school facilities will be available to the project. 2. Please revise the architectural plans as follows: a) show the square footage of the second dwelling unit. b) show the height of the residences. C) correct the label of the ‘REAL’ elevations to ‘REAR’. 3. Please revise the tentative map as follows: a) show the gross and net acreage of the site (deduct Seaview panhandle). b) show the gross and & acreage of Lot 6 (deduct panhandle). c) Designate the front, side and rear setbacks for Lot 6. The setback lines shall be parallel to the property lines. d) show the pad elevations for the existing residences to the east (these were shown on your first submittal). e) show the height of any existing retaining walls on adjacent properties. f) indicate a decorative fmish, or decorative block, on all retaining walls. I am particularly concerned about the wall along the south side of Lot 1. 4. Please revise the fencing plan as follows: a) the fence should extend to the property line along the eastern boundary. b) the fence may be located on the inside edge of the private drainage easement so that a 5 foot wide area is maintained between the existing and new fences. Please show a minimum clearance. C) the fencing on the south side of Lot 1 located must be outside of the 10 foot side setback. Please revise and show dimensions. Please incorporate these revisions into to the plans prior to submitting the plans and reductions requested for the Planning Commission meeting. Please submit these items no later than Thursday morning, July 29’h to remain on the September 1” Planning Commission agenda.
