SUBJECT: APPLICATION SUBMITTAL FOR VILLAGE N OF THE RANCHO CARRILLO
MASTER PLAN
This letter accompanies applications for Village N of Rancho Carrillo. The project proposes the development
of 105 condominium units. The applications include a Tentative Map, Condominium Permit, Master Plan
Amendment, and EIA Part I.
Enclosed are the following.
One (1) Land Use Review Application
Ten (10) copies of the Site Plan
Ten (10) copies of the Landscape Plan
Ten (10) copies of the Floor Plans and Elevations
One (1) Site Location Map
One(1)EIA Parti
Two (2) copies of Notarized Public Facilities Fee Agreement (one original and one copy)
One (1) Disclosure Statement
Three (3) Copies of the Preliminary Title Report
One (1) signed statement of agreement to waive tentative parcel map time limits
Two (2) copies of latest soil study for the site
One (1) copy of the preliminary hydrological study
Photographs of the site
Four (4) color materials boards
One (1) summary of the four color schemes
One (1) Project Description/Explanation sheet
Three (3) strike out/highlight copies of the revised Master Plan text
Application fees in the Amount of $20,655.00
Please note that a school district letter is not being submitted since the City is fully aware that a school
site/agreement has already been dedicated for the Master Plan.
