CT 99-09
1. Proposed cul de sac exceeds 600 feet and therefore appears to conflict with City standards. If so,
provide additional access,
2. All buildings are classified as R-1 occupancies and are three stories in height, and must therefore be
protected by automatic fire sprinkler systems conforming to NFPA Standard 13R.
3. Entry gate must be equipped with a "Knox" over ride switch and must disengage upon interuption of
power.
4. All building address numerals must be clearly discernable from private drives B and C .
5. Fire Hydrant locations approved
6. Fire protection landscaping approved
