I have agreed to allow the builder to abut my fence with his fence sides. This would, in effect, create a single party wall fence between the two properties. There is no sense in him having to build another fence right next to mine. He. in turn, has agreed to power wash the back of my existing fence, and paint or stain it, as well as make minor repairs to it that are mutually agreeable to both of us.
