SUBJECT: CT 99-17 - COMPLIANCE WITH PALOMAR AIRPORT C.L.U.P.
Plans for the Carlsbad Research Center Lot 12 development is enclosed for your
review. This project is a nine-building office complex and is approximately
102,000 square feet in size. The project falls outside the 65 CNEL noise contour
within the Palomar Airport influence area. The project is located west of El Camino
Real, south of Faraday Avenue, and east of the intersection formed by Priestly
Drive and Rutherford Road and is 1,600 feet north of the Airport.
Your written comments concerning the project’s conformance with Palomar
Airport’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan, along with other factors that would assure
compatibility with airport operations, are appreciated. It would be helpful if
comments are received by February . “S
