SUBJECT: CT 99-20 - COMPLIANCE WITH PALOMAR AIRPORT C.L.U.P.
Plans for the Carlsbad Airport Center Lot 10 are enclosed for your review. This
project is a six building office development and is approximately 320,368 square
feet in total floor area and three stories in height. The project falls outside the 60
CNEL noise contour within the Palomar Airport influence area. The project is
located north of Palomar Airport Road, west of Camino Vida Roble and is 1500 feet
south of the Airport.
Your written comments concerning the project’s conformance with Palomar
Airport’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan, along with other factors that would assure
compatibility with airport operations, are appreciated. It would be helpful if
comments are received by March 17, 2000.
