Issues
1. Application is incomplete, previously approved fire Hydrant locations are not depicted on the site plan.
2. Applicant did not address previously discussed emergency access difficulties presented by the
proposed locations of buildings on lots 4 and 5.
3. All buildings must be protected by automatic fire sprinklers. Fire Department connections for all
buildings must be located adjacent to the main driveway.
