Dear Chris:
Attached you will find our check in the amount of Four Hundred Twenty and
no/100 ($420.00) dollars and three blueprints of our site plan for the prospective
hotel project on Owens Avenue. We are in discussions with several suite hotels
such as Holiday's Staybridge and AmeriSuites regarding this site.
We are showing a typical three-story suite hotel with 215 room and 1.2 parking
stalls per room. This location is ideal for a hotel site due to the proximity to
Palomar Airport Road. In addition, the topography creates a secluded hotel
environment.
We would appreciate a development review analysis of this hotel use and the
committee's support regarding a possible land use exchange within the Business
Park.
