We are in discussions with several suite hotels such as Holiday's Staybridge and AmeriSuites regarding this site. We are showing a typical three-story suite hotel with 215 room and 1.2 parking stalls per room. This location is ideal for a hotel site due to the proximity to Palomar Airport Road. In addition, the topography creates a secluded hotel environment. We would appreciate a development review analysis of this hotel use and the committee's support regarding a possible land use exchange within the Business Park.
