The Carlsbad Airport Centre Owners Association's Architectural Review
Committee has reviewed and approved the plans, submitted April 17, 2000,
for Lot 10. Owner will provide adequate landscaping to screen the
transformer from view and therefore, the plans submitted to us on April 17,
2000 will conform to the development standards as specified in the CCfirR's
and CACOA3 s Architectural Guidelines.
