RE: Right-of-Way Use Agreement
Dear Mr.Smith:
As per our discussion and the requirements of the "Permission to Grade " letter for Buie Carlsbad
Lot 10 we are requiring the owner to execute a Right-of-Way Use Agreement as a condition of
using our transmission easement. Normally this document is prepared by us for signature once
the improvements have been constructed so that we can make certain that they are constructed as
proposed on the plans that we relied on to approve the use of our easement.
