SANDAG staff has reviewed the proposal to develop a six building office development located
at north of Palomar Airport Road and west of Camino Vida Roble. The project site lies outside
the 60-comrnunity noise equivalent noise contour.
SANDAG's Airport Land Use Commission rules and regulations authorize staff to make a
determination of consistency if the proposal is consistent with the McClellan-Palomar
Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The SANDAG Board of Directors, serving as the region's
Airport Land Use Commission, has not reviewed the following staff comment.
The proposed project is consistent with the McClellan-Palomar Comprehensive
Land Use Plan.
