The following has been revised to comply with the second plan check for the tentative map of the
above referenced project:
\, The lot line between lots 1 and 10 has been clarified by deleting the previous old lot line,
2.. The retaining walls on the tentative map are all shown as keystone walls, there are no longer
any masonry walls within the project.
3, You need to make sure your site plans is consistent with our tentative map.SS/£" sfH" A

g. The daylight line has been revised to reflect the true limits of grading necessary.
to. The NPDES storm water pollution control plan will be a requirement of the tentative map.
As it is right now. the drainage is going into an open-space area which is a natural channel,
with natural vegetation. This area will provide the vegetation needed before it goes into the
public system. In the previous meeting, the consultant was going to check the hydraulic
analysis done to the lots, to make sure that the drainage was designed for the ultimate use of
the property (commercial). This is an existing padded lot created for commercial use.
7, The hydrology study will be a condition of approval of the tentative map.
