Dear Kelly.
S. D. G. & E. Co. will not allow any underground utilities (sewer and water mains) to be built in their
200 - foot easement. They will only allow perpendicular crossings. We have redesigned the sewer
and water utilities and are highlighted on one of the two sets enclosed with this letter. .
Please let us know if this new layout complies with your approval. Your prompt attention to this
matter will be greatly appreciated.
