I reviewed the CC&Rs for this project and have the following comments. I have redlined the
copy of the CC&Rs you gave me, and will be returning those to you.
1. Table of Contents page numbers are incorrect.
2. (Jnere are numerous typographical errors that I started to mark up, and then realized that
perhaps the CC&Rs had been emailed to you, and in printing them out some of the
printing codes did not translate. If the hard copy was submitted by the applicant, they
need to take a look at the formatting.
3. Article 12, Common Area Maintenance needs to contain the maintenance plan for the
private sewer. This can be done either by incorporation directly in that section, or by
reference to an appendix. I am working on obtaining some sample maintenance
program language that is acceptable to the Water/Utilities Division.
